Weddings at Lighthouse Point are all about having FUN and taking the STRESS out of your wedding, while giving you and your guests a unique, memorable, entertaining, and enjoyable experience.

Everything happens all at one place. You're not running from the church to the rehearsal dinner, back to the hotel. Then you get up, run to the florist and pick up the flowers, get dressed then it's off for pictures. Before you know it you're rushing to get to the church on time for the ceremony. After the ceremony you have to stay behind for pictures, while your guest try to find the location of the reception. After they do then they sit and wait.

None of this happens at Lighthouse Point. There is no running from place to place, wasting time that could be spent having fun with your friends and family.

Remember, we're not like everywhere else. We do weddings because it's fun for us and it's one of the ways we share our success (see history section). We're not some big corporation. We only do one wedding per weekend.

We do weddings and receptions for up to 200 of your friends and family with the equipment we own.

Because rental companys don't seem to care about their tents, chairs, equipment and the details like we do, and because it is impossible to match their chairs and tents with ours. We can't do your wedding and reception if you were planning on having more than 200 guests without additional charges.

There are 10 non smoking rooms spread through out 4 different guest houses on the property. Each room has its own bathroom and 4 have kitchen facilities.

These rooms will sleep about 30 friendly people or 10 not so friendly people.

Twenty (20) friends and family staying in these rooms are included as part of the package pricing listed below. There is an additional charge of $25.00 per person per day for each additional person from 21 to 30 that stay on the grounds. We will not allow more that 30 people to stay in the rooms on the grounds.

There are thousands of rooms for your guests to stay at within 8 miles of Lighthouse Point.

These are some of the things that we own that can be used at Lighthouse Point with no additional charge to you. We take the hassle and stress out for things for you. You would get pretty good at this too if you did a wedding every weekend all summer long at your house like we do.

If you book your wedding with us we will provide you with a list of local vendors that will help make your wedding special and just the way you want it. However, you are not required to use the vendors on our list.

Just the tents and rooms could cost you $7500. We include all of the above, and more, for just one flat rate.

The Packages includes everything listed above if needed:

5 days and 4 nights either Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday $9,650.00

4 days and 3 nights Thursday to Sunday $8,750.00

3 days and 2 nights Friday to Sunday $7,950.00

1 day package come in at 10:00 am Saturday and leave at Midnight $5200.00. Includes 2 rooms to get ready in, does not include the use of any of the other cottages or the other 8 guest rooms. The Friday, 1 day, package is $4800.00

Prices are subject to change without notice. But once we receive your deposit your price is locked in.

A $750.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. We will not hold a date without a deposit. An additional refundable $750.00 damage deposit is required when you arrive for your wedding.

Remember we only do one wedding each weekend so once we receive a deposit that date gone.

The second installment of 50% of the balance is due January 15th, this amount is also non-refundable. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. We accept Visa, Mastercard and personal checks.

If the Bride and Groom, family members or guest wish to stay on the property before or after the wedding rooms can be rented on an individual bases.

Sunsets, Stars, the Full Moon, Swans, Butterflies, Wild Flowers and anything else that Mother Nature brings to the party is FREE. The view of the Great Lake Freighters, Lake Michigan, St. Helena Island and its Lighthouse from our pier are also FREE, but can't be purchased anywhere else at any price. It's all part of the package at Lighthouse Point.
